A passionate advocate for driving positive social and economic change through business empowerment. As the Founder and CEO of Global Broad-Based Impact Advisory, I lead a dedicated team committed to helping businesses achieve meaningful impact on a global scale.
My journey has been shaped by a deep belief in the power of businesses to drive positive change. Through Global Broad-Based Impact Advisory, we partner with organizations to develop strategies that encompass Economic Growth, Diversity, Equity, and Sustainable Practices. With years of experience in impact consulting, I've witnessed the transformative potential that lies at the intersection of business and social responsibility. From advising on inclusive business models to facilitating sustainable partnerships, my mission is to create a more equitable and prosperous future for all stakeholders.

Mamello Matthews
Lead Consultant.
Mamello Matthews is a Human Rights attorney and Legal Researcher with a Master’s degree in Law, in Human Rights - The Protection of Minority Rights. With more than 10 years’ experience in legal advocacy, Human Rights and Gender Equity sector, including reporting writing and strategic impact litigation, Mamello has played an instrumental role in driving legislative reform initiatives aimed at dismantling discriminatory laws against women. Her experience encompasses a comprehensive array of activities, from conducting meticulous research to inform legislative submissions to the South African Parliament, to providing substantive legal input on Bills, Amendments to Statutes, and Draft Regulations.
She has actively supported the Commission for Gender Equality's Plenary and its sub-committees, ensuring alignment with the core mandate of legislative reform. Engaging in question-and-answer sessions, she has provided technical feedback on submissions, while effectively managing the preparation and delivery of reports for oversight structures.
Her expertise extends to international instruments, where she has provided astute advice on developments in international, regional, and domestic frameworks promoting gender equality. Through regular reviews and assessments of state compliance with treaties and conventions, she has developed assessment tools and presentations for relevant oversight platforms.
